I will explain to you WHY. The reason why it is not justified to compare this to a teacher is because a man of the church is meant to be an example of morality and to be an intermediate near God. God this perfect being who is omnipotent and present everywhere. A teacher is a human being with no extra terrestrial seal of approval who is performing a duty of care in exchange of a monetary reward. There is NO standard of comparison unless you accept that a priest is just a normal employee of the church and should be judged by human standards. It is too easy to lower the standards of judgment for justification.<br />3 questions:<br />- If God really exists how come he is letting things like that happen not once but 25 times on innocent children within his own church with his own intermediaries?<br />- Who would not criticise a system of belief if it is so obviously FLAWED?<br />- Does not this demonstrate that no religion has the right to enforce moral standards on other people?<br />Looking forward to your response.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
